Coronavirus pandemic gives the uncertainties at this time. We hope the conference will move forward as planned. We now have the policy that the authors must present their works at the conference venue or via the virtual conference. otherwise the paper will be withdrawn from the selected journals.
However, we are monitoring the situation and will investigate possibilities for remote presentations in circumstances where a travel ban prevents a presenter from attending the conference. The organizing committee will provide more details on the policy as it becomes available.
